At ProStylingTools.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional beauty equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure the Package

  Place the unused tool in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all attachments, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
